Do Shine Credits expire?

Subscription Shine Credits remain active as long as the subscription is active, with a grace period of one year for unused credits. One-time pack credits expire after one year.

The validity of Shine Credits depends on the type and terms of purchase. Subscription Shine Credits, purchased either on a monthly or an annual basis, will remain active for a period of one year from the date of purchase. As long as your subscription is active, your Shine Credits will not expire. If you choose not to renew your subscription, you will have a grace period of one year to utilize any remaining Shine Credits. After this period, any unused Shine Credits will expire.

One month prior to the expiry date, a reminder notification will be sent to all Subscription Shine Credit clients. This notification will include details of their remaining Shine Credit balance and the expiry date. Please note that any unused Shine Credits will expire if not used before the expiration date, and Subscription Shine Credits cannot be converted into Standard Shine Credits.

Shine Credits, purchased as a one-time pack without a subscription, expire after one year.

In our experience, businesses consistently find great value in their Shine Credits, effectively leveraging them to meet their diverse visual content needs. In fact, it's not uncommon for our clients to require additional Shine Credits as the year progresses — testament to the utility and flexibility these credits offer. So remember, Shine Credits are not just a purchase, they are an investment in your brand's visual content strategy, ensuring you're always equipped to impress and engage your audience.
