What is your refund policy?
At Outshinery, we offer a prorated refund policy under certain conditions. If you've opted for an annual subscription or purchased one-time Shine Credits, you may request a refund within three months of your purchase. However, refunds are not available for monthly subscription packages.
Also, if you've approved a final proof for any of our services, the Shine Credits associated with that service will be considered as redeemed, and a refund will not be applicable.
It's important to note that proofs are assumed to be approved if we do not receive any response within two weeks of sending them to you.
